Wheat Flour Potato Rolls

In a bowl take all the ingredients of dough,mix it and knead a semi-stiff doug and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion and stir it for 1 munute.

Add all dry spices and salt,stir it for 1 minute.

Add boiled potato and mix it well altogether.

Finally add chopped coriander leaves,switch off the flame and stuffing is ready.

Now take a lemon sized ball from dough,roll it like a chapati and put 1 tsp potato mixture over it and seal it like a roll.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all the rolls on low to medium flame till it turns golden brown.

Cut the rolls in between and serve it with tomato sauce.
