Steps

In a pan add oil, allow to heat, then add chopped onions until it becomes translucent, add in minced scotch bonnet, garlic and stir.

Add in curry powder and thyme and stir again.

Add in 3 beaten eggs, ginger and stir, then add in fried chips.

Then add in green pepper and seasoning cubes and stir. Fry for 5 minutes and it's done!
