Chocolate cup cakes

Beat egg white with icing sugar until stiff peaks. Also beat egg yolk separaty with chocolate essence and oil. Add oil in the mixture.

Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Then mix it. now mix egg yolk mixture and dry ingredients. And then mix with egg white fently and fold it.

Grease your cup cakes mold and then add the batter and bake in preheated oven at 180C for approx 30 minutes.

Meanwhile make butter cream frosting. Add butter softened and icing sugar. Beat until stiff peaks. Then add essence and heavy cream and cocoa powder and beat until stiff peaks.

Take out baked cupcakes. Rest for 1 hour or until properly cooled. Decorate with your frosting and add sprinkles.

Eat and enjoy the yummy cupcakes.
