Steps

Take 4 cup sifted flour.

Add 2 tbsp sugar and salt in it.

Add yeast and knead with lukewarm milk.

Knead and add water until smooth dough is formed.

After all take butter and knead again so nothing sticks to bowl.cover dough in air tight bowl and leave for 1 hour for poofing.

After poofing knead again and divide dough in equal portions. 10 pieces.

Roll down every piece and apply butter one by one and stack them on each other and roll again.

Keep in regregirator for 1 hour so that layers can be formed. after this roll them amd cut equal triangles. and fold from larger surface.

Apply egg and butter wash and bake in preheated cooker or pot for 25 minutes on medium flame.
