Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida(all purpose flour)
  • 3 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 3 tspmilk
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl mix ghee and powder sugar.and make fluffy mixture.add roasted jeera,maida,and baking powder.

  2. 2

    Add milk and prepared dough.

  3. 3

    Make a thick roti and cut in round shap.

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven.bake biscuit180 c for 22 min.

  5. 5

    Jeera biscuit is ready to eat.
