Take a bowl add cooked rice, potatoes,peas, herbs,red chili powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt some coriander leaves chopped. Mix all ingredients.

Now take square tin add butter paper or u can grease with oil. Spread rice mixture and spread all over it. Keep in fridge for 10 minutes.

Now take out rice mixture and cut in cubes.

Now take pan add 1 tsp oil and shallow till it crispy.

U can add seesam seeds in pan and do shallow fry to make more tasty..(It's optional)

Your Rice wadi is ready You can serve with sauce or any chutney.
