Ingredients

  • 2fresh Bonito fish
  • 3 clovegarlic, sliced
  • 5small shallot, sliced
  • 2large tomato, sliced
  • Bird's eye chillies (I use about 30 so very hot) blend roughly
  • 4 pieceskaffir lime leaves
  • 2 cmgalangal thinly sliced
  • 3salam leaves (bay leaves)
  • Enough lemon basil (you can change with spring onions)
  • 3 tablespoonsweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil to sauteing
