Steps

Boil the milk and curdle it by adding lemon juice. Then strain that through a cheese cloth and hang for an hour.

Knead the milk curdles very well with palm of your hand till no grains left. Add corn fliur and baking soda and make a dough and make balls.

Make sugar syrup with 2 cups sugar and 2 cups water and cook the balls in syrup then let them remain in syrup for two hours. Then take them out and serve.
