Take a pan add oil add mustard seeds crackle add onion get transparent colour, tomato cook 5 minutes and turmaric powder, chilli powder, corriender powder, curry leaves and boiled potatoes and corriender leaves.

Take a tawa pour the batter and just this in thin dosa springle ghee.

Add potato masala cook 5 minutes in medium flame and fold it.

Serve hot.
