Ingredients

  • Halfcup tamarind
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoonblack salt
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala

    Remove seeds from tamarind

    Soak tamarind and jaggery in water for atleast 3 hours

    Remove pulp from tamarind

    Mix jaggery water with tamarind pulp together with chat masala,salt and black salt

    Adjust water accordingly serve with ice cubes
