So I had some really nice, ripe pineapple that had been cut and refrigerated for 2 days. #myfirstrecipe

Steps

Collect all your ingredients

Chop them up into your blender (remove the middle stalk in the pineapple).

Lay them up as follows: pineapple (before adding others, close the blender lid and shake it, in an up-down motion to get the juice out of the pineapple), Avocado and then bananas, yoghurt and finally chia seeds.

Start the blender in maximum.

Once you have a smooth mixture (visualize), stop the blender and Change the speed to low. Do so for another 10 seconds.

It's ready! Serve. Enjoy your PineAvoNana smoothie. Thick, Rich and Smooth mixture with vanilla flavor. Yummy 😋
