Start kneading by adding milk little by little for 7 to 10mins until it becomes soft

Divide the dough into 8 to 9 balls.Dust them with little flour.

Cover them for 1 to 2 hours

Roll them and thereafter cut them into quarter.Do for all the balls

Put your pan on fire n heat your oil until it's hot.Deep your quarter shaped dough into the hot oil.

Deep fry them both sides until it becomes golden brown.

You can serve with tea or any stew of your choice.Enjoy
