Steps

Cut potatoes slices in a circle shape and put some water and salt in it. keep it aside for 5 minutes Untill it absorbs salt.

Take a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder and poppy seeds in it. and mix it well.

Take a kadhai and put oil in more quantity, Dip potatoes slices in a mixture of besan and put in oil for fry, let it fry for 2-3minutes until it becomes little red and take out it in a plate and serve it with sauce or chutney.
