Cut Baigan lengthwise both the sides.

Mix salt and sambar powder.fill in the gap.

Take oil in a cooker. Fry Baigan keep aside. Cut onions into small pieces.Fry Onion in the same oil. Add remaining masala to it.

Add Onion and stuffed Baigan to cooker.keep for one whistle.It is ready to serve.
