First take wheat flour,add 4 tsp.ghee for moyan, 1tsp salt,make a tiet dove, keep aside for 10 mintes.Then first take toor dal,wash it.

Take a cooker,put 1/2,tsp.turmeric,1tsp.salt and put on gas for cooking.made them ready.

Now take the dove of bati,made small bolls of bati,like show in the pic.and bake it in a bati oven.take care at the time of cooking,soute it,time to time from all over sides.when it's ready, keep dawn from gas.

For gatte ki sabji,take besan,put salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala, oil for moyan. Made the rolls like shown in the pic.take kadhai,boil it for 10 to 15 minutes up to cook.when it's cook,cut it in to small pieces shown in the pic.made liquid sabji of it.

For churma,made the dove like bati.made boll of it.and made thicck chapati of it.cook it on tava from both the side.when it's cool dawn,made it's mixture in the mixture pot.in the bawl,put it,put ghee 4/5spoon,dry fruits,Elaichi in it.

At the time of serving,serve it with dal.and at the time of serving of bati,put lots of ghee on it.so now it's dal,bati,churma and gatte ki sabji.
