Mix wheat flour, all purpose flour and ghee and mix well help with hands. Now add milk little by little and make a soft dough and rest for 15 mins.

After After 15 minutes, knead the dough for a couple of minutes.Take a small lemon-sized ball of dough. If you need, you can dust the dough with some flour. Do not add too much flour when rolling. Add only enough flour which will help in rolling. If there is a lot of flour covering the rotis, then the rotis will become hard.Roll to thin and slightly transparent rotis. Also roll evenly and keep edges thin.

Now, take a kadhai on the gas and preheat it and brush with ghee. Place the roti on the kadhai.

Cook with the help of kitchen towel, press the khakra against the sides of kadhai and keep on rotating it.Do this until you see brown spots on the khakra. Make sure to press the sides really well.

Let make the masala ghee.
In a bowl, take butter and melt and add red chilli powder, chaat masala and some salt. Whisk well. - 6
Spread this ghee on the khakra with brush.

Ready to serve.
