Firstly boil the potatoes, carrot and green peas

Mash the potatoes, carrot and green peas add green chilli after that add onions

After that add all masala powder and ginger garlic paste and salt.

After that make a thick batter of maida and corn flour. Make bread slices into bread crumbs..

Make the rolls of the cutlets and dip into batter after that keep into bread crumbs.

Heat a pan add some oil after the oil is heated then the cutlets dip in oil for frying till it be brown colour

Cutlets are ready, serve with tomato sauce...
