Ingredients

15 minutes
5 servings
  • 4medium size of potatoes
  • 1carrot
  • 1medium size of onion
  • 100 grmsgreen peas
  • 3-4green chilli
  • 6 piecesbread crumbs
  • 2 tbspgarlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tspchaat masala powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/4 tspgram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspchicken masala powder (optional)
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for frying
  • 4 tbspCorn flour
  • 2 tbspmaida flour
  • As neededTomato sauce

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly boil the potatoes, carrot and green peas

  2. 2

    Mash the potatoes, carrot and green peas add green chilli after that add onions

  3. 3

    After that add all masala powder and ginger garlic paste and salt.

  4. 4

    After that make a thick batter of maida and corn flour. Make bread slices into bread crumbs..

  5. 5

    Make the rolls of the cutlets and dip into batter after that keep into bread crumbs.

  6. 6

    Heat a pan add some oil after the oil is heated then the cutlets dip in oil for frying till it be brown colour

  7. 7

    Cutlets are ready, serve with tomato sauce...
