  • 2 tablespoonselderflower syrup (30 ml)

    To prepare the Hugo cocktail, place several ice cubes and mint leaves in a large wine glass.

    Add the prosecco, seltzer (alternatively, you can use very sparkling water), and elderflower syrup.
