Spicy Boondi
Steps

Take an bowl add besan and little little water make flowing consistency batter add salt. Mix it well.

Put oil in pan on Medium flame for frying. Now add Baking soda whisk it well. Now take a steel strainer bowl. Pour batter. It will automatically drip in hot oil and pearl shape boondis will form. Take out remaining batter in strainer and clean the bottom.

Fry boondis in golden. Make all boondis like step 2.

Now take a pan or kadhai on low flame. Add oil and dry Curry leaves. Add all boondis in it. Now add salt and adjust the taste.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and black salt. Mix it well spicy boondis are ready.
