Take milk in heavy bottomed pan and boil. Now add lemon juice slowly and stir it until it curdles. Take this chena and strain it. Wash it with cold water and squeeze it. Rub this chena with the help of palm.

Now add rose sharbat, powdered sugar and rose water to it. Knead it like a dough and keep it in the fridge for 30 min. Make small ball of this mixture and make an impression of thumb in the center. Put chopped nuts in the center. Rose flavoured Sandesh is ready.
