Vegetarian noodles
It's super easy and delicious
Steps

Take a pan add water and bring to boil then add a pinch of salt and a little bit of oil.

Boil the noodle for 5 mins.

In another pan add oil and after a while add onion and green onions let it simmer for 2 mins.

Add the capsicum and mushroom let it cook for 4 mins.

Then add the noodle and crushed tomato then stir finally add salt.

Remember to cook on low flame otherwise your noodle will burn
