Ingredients

  • 5large Irish
  • Cabbage
  • 1onion
  • 4Scotch bonnet
  • Spices
  • 3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel,wash and diced your Irish potatoes

  2. 2

    Parboil the potatoes till half done then strain

  3. 3

    In another pot pour cooking oil add onions and grinded tarugu stir for some minutes

  4. 4

    Add the Irish potatoes

  5. 5

    Add spices stir fry for some minutes on law heat.

  6. 6

    Serve with moimoi

  7. 7

    You can serve your own with rice or yam
