1kh beef mince
2 tblsoil
2 tblslemon
1-2 tblstikka masala
1-2 tblstandori masala
2 tblspaprika powder or kacha papaya paste
2 tbls ginger garlic paste
salt as a taste
4-5almonds
10kajo
1-2 tblsmilk
1-2 tblscheese cream
oil for frying
1charcoal

fry time 2 mins

Wash properly mince in thin net bowl and properly drain water or mince let it to dry 20 min

Take one big bowl mince add all spice plus oil 2 tbls and also nuts paste let it to marinate in fridge for 3-4 hour(salt it's optional coz in packts almost add salt)

After marination fry it to pan..take one spoon.. spoon stick with help rollup to mince and make long kabab like gola kabab.

When is done all take air tight dish and use charcoal for smoke..

Serve with salad green raita☺️
