Ingredients

20 min

4 servings

Chicken 1 kg with bones cut into medium pieces
4 TspChicken Tikka masala
1 TspGinger garlic paste
2 TspYougart
2 TspOil
Pinchbaking soda
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup optional

Steps

20 min

1

1st marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 min..

Add marinated chicken in pot & cook on low flame for 10 min..

After 10 min, cook it for 2 min on high flame & dry all masala.

Transfer all in ovenproof dish & sprinkle cheddar cheese over it.

Bake it for 5 min at 180°c
6

Serve with potato wedges..enjoy hot
