Tutti fruity is an unique accompaniment to be used with lots of sweet recipes.It enhances the flavour and taste of the dish many times.
Steps

Peel watermelon rind and discard green outer layer.

Cut rind into small cubes.Boil in water for 5 minutes.

Drain and keep aside.

Boil 1 cup water in a pan,add sugar and boil to a 1 string consistency.

Divide sugar syrup in 3 equal parts,add the 3 food colours to each bowl separately.

Also divide watermelon cubes into 3 parts. Rinse the watermelon cubes in each bowl separately.

Leave for 1 hour.Drain and let the tutty fruity dry,spreading it on tissue papers.

Store in air tight containers.Tutty fruity are ready to be used.
