Take a jar and add onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala (exept bay leaves) and 1 fried onion to it and blend..

Now heat oil in a cooker and add that paste to it..

Now add bay leaves, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and Coriander powder to it and mix well..

When oil starts seperating add meat to it and fry for 5-10 mins..

Now peel your arbis..

Now add arbi to the cooker and mix

Fry your arbis then add 2 cup water to it and close the lid of the cooker..

Then cook it for 15 mins on medium flame..

Serve it with rice or chapati...
