Steps
- 1
For the puri dough, take a bowl and add hot water. Slowly add the suji and start making the dough. The dough should not be hard or soft but should be like the dough we use to make rotis. I took 1 1/2 cup for 1 cup of water, but you can adjust your suji until your dough is like how we make roti dough.
- 2
Now the dough is ready so start making small balls out of it
- 3
Turn on the roti maker, and take two small balls and place on to the roti maker and press down. Make the rest of Puris like that. Taking two balls at a time. While pressing the Puris heat a pan of oil on the gas.
- 4
Once the oil is properly heated start frying the Puris. Now your Puris are finally ready
- 5
For the pani, take a bowl add some water. Now add critic acid, chat masala, black salt, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 6
Now add coriander, mint and green chilli paste. Mix well your paani is ready.
- 7
For the masala. In a plate take boiled potatoes and boiled chana. Add chat masala, black salt, salt to taste, and green chilli paste and some coriander leaves. Mix well. Your masala is ready for the pani puri.
- 8
Your delicious yummy pani puri is ready to eat.
