So... I was doing a live cook with my lovely Yui today which included harissa. Went to my fridge to open the jar to find I had none! So goggled how to make it! So easy to make tastes amazing! Why oh why have I never made this before.

Ingredients

20 mins

3large ancho chillis dried
100 mlwater
3glaric cloves
2 tbsptomato puree
1 tbspcaraway seeds
1 tspsalt
1 tbsphot smoked paprika
1 tbspground cumin
1 tbspcoriander
Handfuldried coriander
1large splash of cider vinegar
Squeezelemon juice
100 mlolive oil

In a mini blender break up the ancho chilli and cover them with boiling water to soak for 5 - 10 minutes!

Add the garlic and tomato purée!

Throw in all the other ingredients. Simply blitz!

And serve!
