Steps

Take flour in mixing bowl,add ghee,sugar and salt.

Mix well and knead sft dough by adding milk and water.

Keep side for 30 mins.After resting time knead once again.

Now divide the dough in 10 equal parts.

Roll it in 5 or 6=inches size chapati.Now grease with ghee dust with dry flour and make a fan like.

Roll it and shape it like spiral । make all like this.

Again roll it like chapati and cook on tawa. Till golden both side.

Serve hot lachha paratha with any sabzi.
