  • 250 gmsWheat flour
  • 250 gmsSweet potatoes
  • 500 gmsJaggery
  • 200 mlGhee
  • 0.5 gmsElaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the sweet potatoes

    Melt jaggery with sweet potatoes and grind to form a paste.

    Stuff the paste in the wheat dough and prepare chapati

    Put on tawa and add ghee to cook on both the sides.
