Heat a pan and roast it gram flour.

Then in a mixing bowl add lauki, gram flour,oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well.

Heat a pan add oil to spread it then shallow fry lauki heat a pan add oil then add onion stir it then add tomatoes stir it until soft.

Then add onion and capsicum saute it add coriander powder,red chilli powder, meat masala,garam masala mix well then add shallow fry lauki and little water cover the lid for 10,15 minutes on medium flame.

Lauki is ready to serve.
