Paneer bhurji with sauce

In a pan heat oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes away. Now add green chillies saute for a while. Add onions and saute till translucent.

Heat 1 cup of water in a pan when water is rolling boil add 1 tsp salt and paneer cubes in it, and boil for few minutes. Turn off the gas. Keep aside.

After 5 mins wash paneer 2 times and crumble it.

When onions get translucent slow down the flame and add sauces and mix well. Now add crumbled paneer and mix well so it combines well.

Cook it for a few minutes on low heat. Turn off the gas. And serve hot with crispy chapati.
