Wash and soak rice for 10 min then cook till 90% is done once done discard the water.

In a pan add oil let it heat add red chilli, garlic and ginger grated saute add finely chopped vegetable saute in a high flame add all sauces, Maggie cubes saute for a while.

Add rice and mix lightly and cook for few minutes or till it's done. I have served with hot corn soup. Enjoy!!
