130 gflour of choice
1 tbinstant espresso coffee
70 gcocoa powder
1/2 tbsea salt
100 gChocholate chips (optional)
100 gcoconut oil
3large eggs
2 tbsugar or syrup

Steps

Whisk flour, espresso powder, cocoa powder and salt.

Combine coconut oil and chocolate chips in the microwave. Add sugar and eggs and whisk.

Combine all ingredients and bake for 25 mins in a preheated oven.
