Steps

Wash and clean the motton, then heat the pan add oil and onions fry until golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste sauté it then add motton and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes stir it continuely.

Next add all the spices and cook with add little water then add 2 glass of water cover the lid of pan and cook until motton is half done.

Now cut the tinday in cubes, add into the motton when half done keep stirring and cover it for 20 minutes on medium low flame.

Now check the motton and tinday is tender than last moment add Coriander green chilli and Garam Masala powder and few pieces of ginger in julienne and cover it for 5 minutes on dam slow heat.

Now tinday ghost is ready to seve hot chapati and rice, enjoy it.
