First take a pan add 3 cup of water heat the water on high flame then add samolina and salt as required and mix it well uptill the batter will become thick then off the flame and the batter in the plate and cool it.

When batter will cool the then add chopped onion,mash potato,ginger garlic paste,gratted cheese,redchilli powder,pavbhaji masala,coriander leves,salt if needed then mix all the ingrident well and take plate ut all the batter in it and spred it well in thick layer.

Then put in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 mins.After 10 to 15 mins remove the plate form ref and cut in the square shape or you can give and shape of your choice. In this way make all the tikka.

Take a non stick an add some oil and put that tikka in pan and shallow fry it on both the side and serve it with tomato kechup.
