  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 8-10Cashew nuts
  4. 4-6black pepper
  5. 1Tejpatta
  6. 8/10raisins
  7. 1/4cumin seeds
  8. 2cloves
  9. 2cardamoms
  10. ForGatta
  11. 1 cupgramflour
  12. 1 tbspsalt
  13. 1 tbspAjwain
  14. 1 Tbspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  16. 1 pinchHing
  17. 2 tbspoil
  18. 1 tbspcrushed kasoori meethi

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all the ingredients. For Gatta: Take a big bowl add all the ingredients and knead a soft dough by using a very little amount of water, Make the rolls and boil them in water. Let them cool and cut into small and thin pieces

    Take a Kadhai add 1tbsp oil add black pepper, cashews,tejpatta and raisins.Now add gatta and saute it.Add rice and mix well

    Ready. Serve Hot
