Rava idli/suzi idli with coconut chutney

Roast suzi in pan for 5 to 7 minutes... Let it get cool.. Now mix suzi and curd add salt mix it and form batter later add 1/4cup of water and mix it and let it rest for 20 minutes

Later.. Now batter is formed if batter is thick add 1/4 of water mix it and add Eno.. Grease the idli molds with oil... Immediately after adding Eno mix batter and.. And pour batter in idli molds

And keep it for steam for 5 to 7 minutes.. It can be checked by inserting knife or toothpick whether idli is ready or not

For chutney take akk above ingredients and grind it in mixture... Later you can give tadka by adding oil few mustard seeds and curry leaves over chutney

Now rava idli is ready serve it with chutney and enjoy😊
