Take your chicken pieces and put them in a sufuria..

Sprinkle your ginger and garlic paste amd mix well..add salt..then add in enough water and leave your chicken to boil...till it's cooked well and all the water is dried up...

Leave it to cool...then in a bowl...add in flour..then the chillie powder,food colour..and add water gradually as you mix.Mix your flour mixture to achieve a thick paste..

Then dip in your chicken in the egg mixture one by one till well coated...then coat again in your flour mixture,once done..coat them again in your egg mixture and coat again on your flour mixture and put them aside..

Put in your oil in a frying pan...when its ready.. carefully add in your chicken pieces one by one and deep fried till it's well browned...put them on a paper towel to drain excess oil... continue deep frying untill you're done...
