Wash and peel the Potatoes. Cut them into wedges of almost 1" thickness. Soak them in enough water for until the time, Oil gets heated up. Drain them well.

Add in all the ingredients to the Potato Wedges and toss well.

Deep fry them immediately on a medium to high heat. Keep turning every now and then while frying. Do not leave it unattended. It is an important step. Deep fry until light golden in colour and drain on an absorbent kitchen towel or a napkin.

Sprinkle loads of shredded Mozzarella Cheese on top. Enjoy with your loved ones.
