Ingredients

5-7 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 canwheat beer/ lager/ ale
  • 1/2 cupfresh passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 cupfreshly squeezed sweet orange juice
  • 1 sprigrosemary plus extra for garnish
  • 2 tsphoney(needed if the juices are too sour)
  • 1 tbspblack salt/ normal salt/ pink Himalayan salt

Steps

5-7 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend the passion and orange juice with leaves from the rosemary sprig and salt. Seive and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Add ice cubes to two beer mugs, divide the blended juice in the same. Top up with half can beer in each. Garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs. Cheers!!
