Oil garam ho tu slice piyaz,chop lahsun,chop adrak add kar ky light golden fry krlain. (Main fresh adrak lahsun use karti houn,app paste bhi use krskty hain)

Dahi main lal mirch,salt,dhania,haldi mix krlain. Minimum 5 min zaror rest dya krain.

Piyaz main sabit garam masala add krdain.chop timatar add krky 3-5 min fry krlain ky timatar soft hojye. (Main ny freeze timatar use kya app fresh bhi krskty hain). Qeema nikal lain.

Piyaz main qeema add krdain aur colour change hony tak fry krain.

5-7 min qeema fry kar ky dahi add krdain.achi tarha mix krain.cover kar ky medium flame py cook hony dain.pani nahi add karna qeema dahi aur timatar ky pani main cook hoga.

Qeema ko hamesha medium flame py cook krain.High heat py qeema cook krny sy rounq nahi rehti salan py.bx qeema oil jazb krta hy. Jab qeemy ka pani dry hojye tu chop harimirchain add krky flame close krdain.

2 eggs hard boil kar ky apni pasand ky shape main cut krain.bhuny qeemay main add krky ball waly parathy ya teh waly parathy ky sath serve krain.
