Steps

Take a large pan, add milk into it and boil it on medium flame.

Now add all spices salt, black salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, kasuri methi into it.

Now add lemon into milk slowly slowly. Milk will convert into cheese.

Now when water and cheese get separate then strain it by taking a muslin cloth. Let it cool for some time.

After cooling cut it into slices and serve it.
