In a clean pan, add oil and sauté sausage until light brown

Add in diced bellpepper and chopped garlic, mix and sauté for another 1 mins

Then sweetcorn, and combine everything well

Divide rice into batches(depending on quantity of rice) and stir fry for five mins each
