Ingredients

  • 1egg white
  • 180-250 gramsicing depending on size of the egg
  • Food coloring of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the icing sugar and your egg white

  2. 2

    Whip until you get a paste you can add colors of your choice

  3. 3

    Using a piping bag and the writing nozzle pipe the paste on a surface let it dry for 30-60 minutes

    Cut the strips into sprinkle size

please did you used an electric mixer to beat the mixture or you mix by hand or you used whisker to whisk everything together,?
