Marinate chicken with little curd and a tsp of ginger garlic paste.

To make chettinad masala: add 1 tsp pepper corns, 1tsp fennel seed, 2 cinnamon sticks,4 dry red chilli.

Add 1/2tsp cumin seeds, 1 black cardamom, 1star anise.

Add 1 cardamom..saute well.

Once it turns light brown., Add handful of grated Coconut.

1 tsp red chilli powder.

1tsp of turmeric powder

1/2tsp salt or as required and 3 -4 garlic

Blend well.. add little water.. let it be thick paste

Add this into the marinated chicken and keep for 1 whistle.

It is cooked. Rest we will make in pan.

In a kadai or pan, add butter /oil, 1/2tsp mustard seeds.

Add 1/2tsp cumin seeds, handful of curry leaves, 2 onions chopped.

Add little salt and saute well.. once it becomes light brown,add little turmeric powder and saute. Add the cooked chicken along with the stock.

Let it cook well and cook till desired consistency.

Once it is done. Add handful of chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot and enjoy!!....
