This type of quick biryani , very easy to prepare. It's a whol some protein rich recipe. I have used soya nuggets , some veggies , leftover rice to make this tasty and yummy biryani.

This type of quick biryani , very easy to prepare. It's a whol some protein rich recipe. I have used soya nuggets , some veggies , leftover rice to make this tasty and yummy biryani.
Steps

Soak the soya nuggets in warm water for 20 minutes. Squize the water and keep aside. Chop the veggies.

Heat 1 tsp butter on a pan and fry the nuggets of soyabean, for 3 minutes on low medium flame. Then add the cooked rice and sauté for a minute. Transfer cooked soya and rice to a plate.

To the same cooking pan add and heat rest butter and fry chopped onion till translucent. Then add ginger -garlic paste and saute till rawness is gone. Fry the chopped veggie with salt as required.

Add schezwan sauce and 2 tbsp water. Mix well and next add fried rice and soy nugget mixture. Mix well and cook for a half a minute on low flame.

Switch off the flame and mix lemo juice. Adjust salt if required as sauce also has salt.

Enjoy the easy and delicious veg biryani with soya nuggets with curd or as you like.
