A non-veg delicacy that is just mouthwatering. My hubby makes it this way and I have learnt it from him. Simple and soulful food for any given day. The fish pieces can be fried before adding if desired. Either way it tastes yummy. It's called Meetha because there is no use of Tomatoes in this nor Tamarind. It's made with just Onions and few selected spices. Come let's scroll down to get hold of the exact recipe folks. I do hope you will definitely like it and try it for your beautiful families and friends. Fish lovers will love this simple yet soulful dish that can be enjoyed at mealtimes, be it Lunch or a Dinner.

Steps
- 1
Wash and rub salt and the spices into the fish pieces really well. Keep aside until use. In a pan, heat Oil and add curry leaves. Fry ginger garlic paste next and add the chopped onions. Saute until translucent. Cook on a low heat with a lid on.
- 2
This curry already has marinated Fish in it, so use of spices should be done accordingly. Please remember this important thing and proceed with the making of it as per one's choice and liking of spices mentioned above. You can increase or decrease accordingly.
- 3
Add all the spices and saute until the raw smell fades away and there is a lovely looking gravy that can be seen. Now add them to this gravy either raw or shallow fried. You can even deep fry if desired. It's yum whichever way you choose.
- 4
Cover and simmer for a few more minutes if using raw and marinated Fish. Otherwise just about a good 5-6 minutes are enough. Use some water about half a cup. After done, You can take it off the heat and serve it piping hot with simple boiled rice and daal. The gravy is usually semi thick in consistency. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves without fail. Enjoy!
