Ingredients

2 hours
1 serving
  • 1young coconut
  • 1 envelopegelatin (=2 ½ tsp = 7 grams)
  • 1 cupfresh coconut water from the coconut
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 Tbspsugar (optional)

Steps

    Cut open the coconut. Watch video for full instruction: youtube.com/watch?v=Ay0e8nXt72Q

  2. 2

    Pour the coconut water into a bowl

  3. 3

    Transfer 1 cup filtered coconut water into a saucepan

  4. 4

    Add milk, sugar and gelatin to the saucepan

  5. 5

    Whisk the mixture and let stand for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Heat the mixture gently and stir until dissolved. Then remove from heat

  7. 7

    Pour 1 cup mixture back the coconut shell

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
